Answers to common questions about registration, attendance (in-person and virtual), venue, and participation at TheMHS Conference 2026.

Who should attend the conference?
The conference is designed for mental health practitioners, service leaders, policy makers, community organisations, researchers, academics, students, people with lived experience, consumers, carers, and anyone involved in strengthening urgent and crisis mental health support.
How do I register?
Registration is available online via the registration form. Individual registrations require payment at the time of booking. Groups of 5 or more may enquire about pay-later options by contacting conference@themhs.org.
What registration types are available?
Registration options include in-person and virtual attendance. Early bird and concession pricing may apply, and a day-only option may be available for in-person attendance. Full details are available in the registration form.
Can I attend virtually?
Yes. A virtual registration option is available. Access details will be provided to registered virtual delegates closer to the event.
Is there a pre-conference forum?
Yes. A pre-conference forum is available as an optional add-on, with in-person and virtual options. This can be selected during registration via the registration form.
What does my registration include?
Registration includes access to conference sessions (based on your selected registration type), networking opportunities, catering for in-person delegates (where applicable), and access to post-event resources. Full inclusions are outlined on the registration page.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes. Substitutions are permitted in line with the conference terms and conditions. Please contact info@themhs.org to arrange a name change.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms, deadlines, and applicable fees are outlined in the conference terms and conditions.
