Lived Experience Forum (pre-conference) 

On the day prior to the main conference, the Lived Experience Forum will be held. Previously this was the Consumer Forum and the Carer Forum. In 2026, this will be one registration type and the program will have a combination of combined sessions and concurrent streams/ sessions for consumers and carers.


In-person and Virtual options are available. Please note, the Lived Experience Forum registration rate is subsidised to make it more affordable for people with lived experience so no discounts are offered for the forum.

Group registrations
Register 5 or more delegates from one organisation by contacting us at conference@themhs.org.
Concession eligibility
Concessions are available to anyone holding a valid concession card from any country. Please upload evidence (e.g. pension card, government benefits card or student card) during the registration process. Concession rates also extend to all 18–25 year-olds to encourage youth participation. 
Invoices & payment
Individual registrations must be paid at the time of registration.

Group registrations of 5 or more may be paid later; early bird pricing applies only if payment is received by the deadline.

Terms & conditions

Please review terms, substitutions, and cancellation policy before registering.

Tip: If you expect staff changes, register under one name and use the substitution process later.
