Helpful notes
Group registrations
Register 5 or more delegates from one organisation by contacting us at conference@themhs.org.
Concession eligibility
Concessions are available to delegates from any country. Please upload evidence (e.g. photocopy of pension card, government benefits card or student card) of your concession status. If you are unsure what you need to provide, please email info@themhs.org for clarification.
In addition, concession rates extend to all 18 – 25 year-olds, to help encourage youth participation. Please upload a valid ID card showing your age.
Invoices & payment
Individual registrations must be paid at the time of registration.
Group registrations of 5 or more may be paid later; early bird pricing applies only if payment is received by the deadline.
Terms & conditions
Please review terms, substitutions, and cancellation policy before registering.
Tip: If you expect staff changes, register under one name and use the substitution process later.
